Your host & Guide
Molly Murray is the founder of FlowMagic. She is an editor, bookseller, and creative mentor with two decades of experience of guiding dedicated creative communities. She is on the board of the Federation of Writers (Scotland).
Molly is also a Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner, hypnotherapist, and energy healer: she blends craftsmanship with spirituality to help you finish your book.
She has an MLitt in Creative Writing from the University of Glasgow and a Certificate in Creative Writing from the University of Oxford, and she is the author of two books. Her work has appeared in more than 30 publications, including Litro & Third Wednesday. One of her poems was nominated for a Pushcart Prize.
Molly founded Seahorse Bookstore with her husband in 2021, and established a thriving literary community and creative space in a formerly deprived area — a place where readers and writers could gather, think, create, and be inspired. Seahorse Bookstore was recognised as a finalist for Independent Bookshop of the Year. Molly was a judge for Children's Fiction in the 2025 Indie Book Awards.
She is the former Outdoor Editor of Panorama: the Journal of Travel, Place, & Nature.
She now uses her editorial vision and bookseller's eye as a developmental editor.

Molly lives with her family on the beautiful Isle of Lewis, an island in the Outer Hebrides that has been a centre of sacred creativity for over 5,000 years.
